Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Wow, it's been awhile since I've posted! I hope you are all having a happy green day today! I managed to snap a few photos of the boys in their green today with the help of a candy bribe, lol!
The reason for my absence is because of something I found in the basement last week. No, it wasn't a big hairy spider that bit me and sent me to the hospital if that's what you were thinking. I found a box of VHS tapes that I've been hanging onto for many years now, trying to protect and preserve. One of the tapes contains home movies of my early childhood that were converted from film (you know, the ones that had no sound and you needed a projector to view them?) The rest of the tapes were from home movies that were recorded on the early camcorders that recorded right to VHS. Anyway, I've decided to transfer them to DVD format and make copies for my family members. It has become a very time-consuming project but I've had lots of fun watching them and editing them. After I'm done with the VHS tapes, I'm moving on to all the rest of the videos I've taken up to present day and get them all on DVD. Just one of those things I've wanted to do for a long time now.

Oh yes, you need to preserve these as soon as you can. I always worry about videos that they can stop working in the blink of an eye. Actually our video player isn't working anyway so we need to have DVD's. It must be fun watching these back Chris.

Love the layout, the greens you've used are gorgeous!
