It's very distressing, she stops licking if I tell her to, she's now letting me touch that leg and paw but very gently and under her watchful eye. I do think a visit to the vet is in order. I think she's trying to lick the darn thing right off. The only thing is if they have to take it off, will that involve an operation? I so don't want to put her through anaesthetic again after her eye op earlier in the year, it really took a lot out of her and she's around 11 or so now, we have no idea how old she is.
